Come and join the Emilo beta, made for teams of 3 to 20.

The programme is open right now. Tell us a little about your team, and if it's a good fit you'll have a code for 30 extra trial days in your inbox within minutes.

What beta teams get.

Here's what's waiting for you, and all of it is ready today.

30 extra trial days

Accepted teams get a code that adds 30 days to the 14-day team trial. That's six weeks to settle your team in and see how it feels, with nothing charged until the end.

A direct line to the people making it

The feedback button inside the app goes straight to the people building Emilo. Tell us what you'd love or what's not working, and you'll hear back from someone who can change it.

Your name on the customers page, if you'd like

If the beta goes well and you're happy to say so, we'll write it up with you as a case study on the customers page, with your team's name on it. It's entirely optional, and you'll see it before it goes up.

Who it's for.

Emilo is made with small teams in mind, so the beta is too.

A good fit

  • You're 3 to 20 people who'd love one shared list where everyone knows what's theirs.
  • You're on Trello, Asana, Todoist, a spreadsheet, or nothing at all right now.
  • You're happy to tap the feedback button when something isn't right.
  • You could get started within the next fortnight.

Maybe not quite yet

  • If it's just you, you won't need the beta at all, because your personal account is already free with no limits. You can start straight away on the sign-up page.
  • If you're more than 20 people, or your team relies on dependencies, Gantt charts or time tracking.
  • If you're hoping for dashboards or automation builders, as Emilo is all about keeping your planning calm and simple.

Apply in two minutes.

It's just four quick questions, and you won't need a card or a phone number.

Use the one you'll sign up with, as that's where we'll send your code.

Team size

A sentence or two is plenty, like what you use now and what you'd love to be easier.

We keep your name, email and what you wrote, and only use them to review your application and send your code. You can read more in Privacy.
